Throughout her career, Ashley has always been motivated by two things – helping people and improving processes. At ClearCount, she gets to do both. As the Operations and Client Success Manager, she constantly looks for ways to optimize workflows and procedures to improve client service. Ashley oversees client onboarding and strives to achieve the highest efficiency possible. As ClearCount’s client base grows, she also ensures the company’s high standards for service are always met and that when accountants join the firm, they can hit the ground running.

Ashley received her Master’s degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix, where she also earned an undergraduate degree in business management. She began her career in the dental industry as an office manager and helped the practice grow by streamlining processes. Later, as the director of operations at a publishing company, she introduced efficiencies that enhanced performance. She approaches her work with an entrepreneurial mindset in all of her roles. One of her greatest strengths is solving problems, which is reflected in a favorite quote from Milton Berle, “If opportunity doesn’t knock, build a door.”

Ashley was born and raised in Colorado but now lives in Naples, Florida, with her husband and two children. A little-known fact is that her family has roots in Jamaica, which helps explain her favorite dish, Jamaican Curry Chicken – it’s a family recipe. She loves the ocean and lives just three miles from the Gulf of Mexico, where she and her family like to go boating, paddleboarding, or watch the sunset.
